Buying, selling, both, or moving to the Charlotte area, it starts with a few details. Sir Ashley Harrison and The Firm Real Estate Team will reach out personally with a clear, honest next step. No cost, no obligation, and no pressure.

How it works

Choose what you need help with (buying, selling, both, moving to the Charlotte area or something else) and the form asks only the questions for that. Name, phone, email and timeline are required; everything else is optional. A real person on the team reads your request and reaches out by call, text or email, whichever you prefer, with a clear next step. There is no cost and no obligation, and your information is never sold.

About the team

Who you’ll be working with

I’m Sir Ashley Harrison, a real estate broker, investor, and non-practicing attorney, and I lead The Firm Real Estate Team, powered by LPT Realty. My approach is simple: real estate isn’t complicated, but it is emotional, so my job is to bring clear numbers and calm advice to big decisions.

That shows up in the details most people miss: the due diligence period and fee in North Carolina contracts, the legal residence rate and vehicle taxes in South Carolina, school assignments that change, new-construction incentives that aren’t what they seem, and the comparable sales that actually decide what a home is worth.

The team has an office in Fort Mill and works on both sides of the state line every week.

Questions people ask first

Does it cost anything to request information?

No. Requesting information, a home value report, or a plan is free, with no obligation.

Do I have to sign anything just to talk with you?

No. Conversations, value reports, and planning are free. If you decide to tour homes with us as a buyer, you’ll sign a written buyer agreement first, as is now standard practice. We walk you through every term before you sign, and we offer shorter terms so you never feel locked in.

I’m just exploring. Is that okay?

Absolutely. Many of our best clients started a year or more before they moved. We’ll give you what you need now and stay out of your way until you’re ready.

Do you work in South Carolina?

Yes. The team has an office in Fort Mill and works in Fort Mill, Tega Cay, and Indian Land, along with greater Charlotte on the North Carolina side.

What if I’m moving somewhere you don’t cover?

The team has members on the ground in the Triad. For other areas, we’ll connect you with a trusted local agent.

Can you help me compare listing with a cash offer?

Yes. We’ll lay out the real numbers on both so you can decide what’s best for you.
