Client feedback

An empty reviews page, and why that is the honest version

Every other page on this site refuses to publish a number it cannot source. It would be strange to make an exception for the page where the incentive to invent is strongest.

What this page contains

No client testimonial is published here yet, because none has documented written permission. No star rating or review count is published, because no review platform or figures were supplied — and none is emitted in this page’s structured data either, so no fabricated rich result can appear in search. When a client gives written consent, their words appear here attributed as they agreed and nowhere else.

Placeholder — awaiting permissioned client feedback

5 draft slots exist in the content layer, each describing the kind of client experience it is intended to hold — a relocation, a state-line decision, a new-construction purchase, a listing, an upper-tier transaction. All 5 are marked permissioned: false and are filtered out at the component boundary, so they cannot render by accident. Replace the quote and attribution with the client’s own words, obtain written consent, set permissioned: true in src/content/testimonials.ts, and they appear here and on the homepage without a code change.

Review-platform data is separately outstanding: reviewMeta in src/content/site.ts needs a platform name, a profile URL, and a rating and count taken from that platform. Note also that most review platforms restrict republishing their content, and the brokerage may require approval before a client review is used in marketing — both are worth checking before this page goes live.

Judge it differently

Four things you can check right now

All of them are harder to fabricate than a testimonial, and all of them are on this site already.

  1. 01

    Look for the trade-offs

Every area brief names who should look elsewhere, and the relocation pillar has a section on reasons not to move here. Marketing copy does not argue against itself.

  2. 02

Check whether the numbers are sourced

Every figure on this site links to the primary source, and where a figure is not verified you will see a labelled gap rather than a confident estimate.

  3. 03

    Notice what is refused

There is no instant home value widget, no “best neighbourhoods” ranking, no invented market statistic and no school rated good or bad. Each refusal costs traffic.

  4. 04

    Watch the published channels

The video and social channels below are the practice’s own, unedited by this site. Judgement is easier to assess in unscripted form than in a quote.

About reviews on this site

Why are there no reviews on this page?

Because none had documented written permission at the time this site was built. Real estate is a licensed profession in both Carolinas, and publishing a client's words — or a paraphrase of them — without consent is both a misrepresentation and a compliance problem. Rather than write plausible praise and attribute it to "a buyer in Fort Mill", this page shows what it actually has, which is nothing yet.

How can I judge whether to work with an advisor without reviews?

Read what they publish. This site contains area briefs, comparisons and guides that state trade-offs, name sources, say plainly where a figure is unverified, and in several places advise readers not to buy something. That is a harder thing to fake than a testimonial, and it tells you more about how someone works. Then have a conversation and notice whether you are being asked questions or sold to.

Where can I look for independent feedback?

Third-party platforms — the brokerage's own profile, Google, and the major portals — carry reviews that are outside this site's control, which is precisely what makes them worth reading. No platform link or rating is published here yet because none was supplied and this site does not guess at them. The social profiles below are the practice's own published channels.

Will you ask me for a review?

Yes, after a closing, and you are free to decline without any awkwardness. If you do write one, you will be asked for explicit written permission before a word of it appears here, told exactly how it will be attributed, and able to withdraw it later.

Worked together?

If you are a past client, your words are welcome — with your permission

Written consent first, attribution exactly as you agree it, and withdrawable at any time. If you would rather not, that is genuinely fine and will never be raised twice.
